Could one create a disease that only kills people without Downs Syndrome?

I was wondering if there was any way one could create a very lethal disease that would have at least some immunity among people with Trisomy G and 100% lethality for those without the extra chromosomes - maybe even spare some of the other chromosome duplications. Is there some way a disease could only effect people with a specific number of chromosomes?
