"Chili Size": tell me how to make 'em
Mr. brown fondly remembers eating a dish known as "chili size" when he was a teenager. I was vaguely aware of the existence this dish, but I've never eaten one. I'd like to fix it for him, so I've been browsing the net for recipes. The formulas are widely varied, so I came here looking for a definitive recipe.
