Zathras is/are from Babylon 5. The point of comparison is that they are multiple look-alike individuals played by the same actor. But I think the Zathras is supposed to be a species that just is that way, whereas the Weyouns are literally copies of one individual (of the Vorta species), of which only one is active at a time.
