Louise Fletcher could be deliciously evil. This is Nurse Ratched, for heaven's sake.
  I appreciate Quark's better turns, but for all the growth and respectability he brought to the Ferengi name in those, he still got put in embarrassing 'comedy' shows like "Profit and Lace."
