It's 'Dega, Baby!

This is week two of training for the Talladega Half Marathon which is September 21. In a couple of weeks, I will also start training for my first full marathon in a year, the Huntsville Marathon, which is in December. I like having a training plan. It gives me a reason to get up in the morning and motivates me to keep running.
This morning, I was doing my mile repeats and wondering why, in week 2, I was already doing mile repeats because it was hard! So I ran my warm up mile, did my four repeats, did my cool down. I came back to my parents' house and jumped in the pool (so nice!). Then I checked my training plan and it turns out that I only needed to do three repeats. No wonder it was so hard!
