Not so much looting, but mom has repeatedly told me and my siblings that we need to sort through our old stuff that's been relocated for the attic. That's been said since I moved out of the house, 10 years ago.

But it all took a turn for the more hurried when she and dad dropped he bombshell that they're puttting the house on the market after Christmas! Holy, moly, mackaroni Batman! Where am I now gonna stay when I want to hang out in the good ol' hometown for a few days?

I'm staying at my parents place for a week as I won't get access to my own crib untill 1.st of June. That's not all bad, except for the fact that I managed to pack my keys to their place in some extra special secret place that I couldn't remember.

Hence, I don't have any keys.

And hence, since mom leaves for work at around 7 in the morning (and dad only comes home on weekdays) I'm pretty much stuck in the house

So. I'll be attempting to pack and get rid of the computer today, since I'm one of maybe 3 persons who doesn't own a laptop.

I have a 10 year old CRT screen and the tower is almost as heavy. Which means quite a bit.

Anyway... my cuz promised to help me take the leftover books and other assorted shit (computer included) to "Goodwill" and she seems to have time today. Hence I'll be without a computer until I t/d in Sweden on Saturday.

Yes. A complete and utter mess.

Which is quite understandable since I'll be moving in less than a week (), but still it kinda bugs me.

I only allowed myself to have three boxes of books/cd.s/games/dvd.s so I have a bookshelf full of stuff I have to throw away, a floor full of stuff that's a bit closer to being thrown away and I still find it really lame to have to sit on a kitchen chair while watching movies on the computer.
