So I make it to the car and realize there's no way in hell I can drive at the moment. I finally allow myself to cry and have a total freakout moment, although I still can't let go completely with other people and cars roaming through the parking garage. What to do? Mammogram- not what I'd expected

Duke Hospital offers free mammograms year round, but I didn't know that until I went in last Wednesday for my first one ever (thanks to a special event day). At 42yo it was a bit overdue and if it hadn't been a free screening, I'd still be putting it off due to a lack of health insurance.

The mammogram itself wasn't too bad. They tell you to hold your breath and be very still before you have a chance to inhale and that was really the only uncomfortable part. Squish squash and then...
