I see now that the message I sent you is more about what I've done than about what I'd like to do.

The right opportunity would be mostly copyediting, with little writing -- or guidance on the writing element until I could fly on my own. The writing I do right now is largely either not for work or relegated to headlines and such -- not, for example, anything you'll see in an Internet commercial. But I copyedit by default -- if I see text, I see mistakes. I can't turn that off, so I figure the next-best thing is to get paid to keep it on.
