World Party is a “band” from the 80’s. It’s really Karl Wallinger, one guy, who broke off from the Waterboys. His biggest hit was “Ship of Fools” but my favorite song is “Way Down Now.”

The new knee is doing pretty well. I'm not back to normal yet, regarding stiffness and (minor) pain, but I am walking without a walker. Thanks for asking.

Ha, I could have sworn I was the first one around here to riff on the 'whop whop whop' part of "Golden Years", but I just chanced to find that you beat me to it in Round 1, even down to the chosen spelling of 'whop'. I belatedly tip my hat to you!

(The silliness around 'whop whop whop' was one of my favorite things in the megapoll, but then I am easily amused.)
