Ok, I've gone through The List. A few were renamed/corrected because I'm kind of anal that way:
Ahmunet=Ahmanet (The Mummy)
Amazing Amy=Amy Dunne (Gone Girl)
Anita Roycewind=Roycewood
Bob=Killer BOB
Agent Smith and Agent Smith possessing Banes were originally separate entries, but I lumped them together since it's the same intelligence in control in both cases.
A few were fed to the rabid lobsters for being insuffiicently villainous:
Big Jim Walker: other than being a big dumb pool hustler he doesn't do anything villainous during the song, and Willy McCoy isn't any better.
Billie Eilish/POV character in "bad guy": Baby, she likes it raw, yeah baby, she likes it raw (shimmy shimmy ya shimmy yo shimmy yay, gimme the mic so I can take... wait, what? Oh, sorry) and she's got loose boots, but not a villain.
Calypso (Pirates of the Carribean): not a villain
Detective Inspector Dreyfus (Pink Panther): Slowly driven batshit insane, but not really evil
There were a bunch of mythological characters with no other designation, therefore I went with, you know, mythology. Chaos, Hades, and Tartarus are dark but not really evil; sure Hades had the whole Persephone thing but he's no more of an asshole than the assholes on Olympus.
There was a "Waldo" nominated with no franchise, and the only thing that came up on a google search for "villain waldo" or "waldo villain" was stuff from "Where's Waldo?" So I
hid him away where no one will ever find him... accidentally forgot to take him out of the poll but I have The Math all figured out for 724 and I don't feel like monkeying around with it, so if @
Flying Saucerian would kindly explain which Waldo he meant so I know who I'm putting in the poll, I'd be much obliged
