Ok, I've gone through The List. A few were renamed/corrected because I'm kind of anal that way:
Ahmunet=Ahmanet (The Mummy) Amazing Amy=Amy Dunne (Gone Girl) Anita Roycewind=Roycewood Bob=Killer BOB Agent Smith and Agent Smith possessing Banes were originally separate entries, but I lumped them together since it's the same intelligence in control in both cases. A few were fed to the rabid lobsters for being insuffiicently villainous: Big Jim Walker: other than being a big dumb pool hustler he doesn't do anything villainous during the song, and Willy McCoy isn't any better. Billie Eilish/POV character in "bad guy": Baby, she likes it raw, yeah baby, she likes it raw (shimmy shimmy ya shimmy yo shimmy yay, gimme the mic so I can take... wait, what? Oh, sorry) and she's got loose boots, but not a villain. Calypso (Pirates of the Carribean): not a villain Detective Inspector Dreyfus (Pink Panther): Slowly driven batshit insane, but not really evil There were a bunch of mythological characters with no other designation, therefore I went with, you know, mythology. Chaos, Hades, and Tartarus are dark but not really evil; sure Hades had the whole Persephone thing but he's no more of an asshole than the assholes on Olympus. There was a "Waldo" nominated with no franchise, and the only thing that came up on a google search for "villain waldo" or "waldo villain" was stuff from "Where's Waldo?" So I  The final list of 724:
Anyone who wants to quibble should know that LALALALALALA I CAN'T HEAAAARRRRR YOOOOOOOOOU!!!!!!

I was referring to Waldo from The Little Rascals. He's more a nuisance than a villain in the original shorts but the more recent revival movies have him as the major antagonist.

Ok, so, so far there have been 3 entries that I got wr... um, Google gave me the wrong results for (
 ) In the interest of fairness, I will repost those and any other mist... Google errors in the last poll of this round, and the votes in these earlier polls will be discarded. That way if you already voted for them, they're so nice you get to vote for them twice, and if you forgot or couldn't handle the cognitive dissonance, you'll get to vote for them after all. Then Borby can vote for them because he succumbs easily to peer pressure.

The numbers have been crunched and the results are in.
There were 2 disqualifications during the prelims: Red Forman for not being a villain Siren/Harpy for not being the same creature, also for being groups of creatures, therefore running afoul of the "no hordes of mooks" rule. These had 2, 1, or 0 votes and are out:
There were a crapload of entries with 3 votes so there wasn't a clean cutoff point. To avoid prolonging the agony by doing a runoff of the runoff and STILL not coming out even, I randomized the list of 3's, then randomly picked enough names off the randomized list to get us to 512 total entries. So the 3's who are out are:
Most of my entries were either voted out right off the bat or kicked off in the randomized list, so I say  to everyone else
