I now see two possibilities, assuming I understand you correctly about how recruitment works.
Case 1: I'm not it
Us Townies all vote for Merestil Haye, and eliminate the probable final Scum. Game over, or we lynch BillMc and try again.
Case 2: I'm it
Merestil and I change our votes at the last minute and take our chances. (He's presently voting for me.) Difficulty with this scenario: (1) I've repeatedly made it clear I am never around at Dusk. (2) It takes Tomorrow to another deadlock of either 2 v 2 actives or 1 v 1 actives; no way for Scum to win.
I'm sticking with case 1.
