New kitties! No pix...
Long story short, just got two new kittens! They are brothers, or possibly a brother and sister. They were free, from Craigslist. The ad said brothers, the guy on the phone said a male and a female, the guy I picked them up from said both male. Three to four months old, one yellow but muted (there's a term for that. Diffused? Or something), one gray-black and white, with a little mustache on one side. Cute!
Pongo, my dog, is delighted. Also worried that they will play with his toys. (They will.) They eat like they are starved, but they are definitely not. Particularly the yellow one is not. He's a fat little thing.

I think the light coloring is called dilute. At least that's what it's called when a tortie is grey and yellow instead of black and orange. I hope Pongo enjoys his new friends. Fluff Pup seems to think Maggie is her new toy. Maggie pretends to be scared of the dog, but then Husband wakes up with Fluff Pup on his lap, and Maggie on top of Fluff Pup.

Dilute, yes, that is the word I was trying to find!
Pongo is acting like an older sibling. At first he's really happy and glad to see them. Then he's like, "Okay you can take them back now." Then they go into their safe room and he's like, "Oh where are they?" We don't actually know a lot about these free Craigslist kitties, but we do know that they lived with two great Danes, which was why the guy who rescued them couldn't keep them. So they were fine with a border collie mix. No fear at all. I do have pictures but, since the demise of Photobucket, I don't know how to get them out to the world. I suppose I should sign up for Instagram or something. They are going into the vet tomorrow for their screening. At that point they will no longer be free kittens as they will need shots, neutering, and all that.

What you want is imgur.com, you can just upload without an account and it gives you a URL to the pic right away. No muss, no fuss, most of the images on Reddit are hosted at Imgur.
BECAUSE WE MUST HAVE KITTEH PICS!!1!!
