Cato puts a lot of effort into taking his employer by surprise, and Clouseau never really feels safe as Cato will stop at nothing. Except when the phone rings.

It's apparent Tinkerbell has feelings of endearment towards Peter Pan, but it's more of a kinship than true love. Tink loves the adventures Peter takes with her, and sees Wendy as a threat to curtail or end them.

You know, I think Cato actually might qualify as the Chaotic Lawful, technically not possible, and yet.

Tink is interesting because she starts as a sidekick but ends as her own entity entirely. So it depends on when in the story you are checking in. Cato is sidekick through and through.
