Quibble not dopers in general, DrDeth specifically Rips open the topic by saying how awful it is that Giraffeboard people are commenting on an ATMB thread, Then the Gweebers pile on. Not always but more often than not. I’ve reported Dr. death doing this so many times that I can’t imagine that you guys aren’t sick of my reports.

Eh well matter of perspective.... - in any case the major reason for mentioning the Gweeb in any comparative fashion, the fact that the Dope has been mummified in circa 2006 form for the past decade is going away. There will be little reason shortly for a Gweeb-Dope member to make a large distinction, except for the Byzantine rule set.

A few innovations more and the differences, other than the Box (which I was dubious about but turned out to be a great Cool Hand Luke idea) will be minimal.

What thin-skinned ECG misses is they were self-generating the problem and the unflattering comparison by their long standing Omerta and silly Walled Garden for autistic rules lawyers approach.

One can see the number of Non Gweeber suggestsions that entirely track what Gweeb does [e.g. avvies, ligher less baroque rule-set, etc- to see the Gweeb isn't (just) the Cranky Jerkdom Who's Always Criticising Us, meany jerkies, it's actually something of a lab to look at and adjust from taking into account pecularities. -

(However it's childish to deny the Hater Jerk component here - or the tedious gossip component, but this just highlights the past 10 odd years the Dope Powers rule set evolution was an excercise in pointless, futile stupidity.)
