Dr. Hook and the medicine show

That sexy French guy mentioned Dr. Hook and the medicine show. I used to love and laugh at those guys. Were they as big in the USA as they were in Europe? Here they were huge, and we got a lot of love and laughs from them.

Well, Cover of the Rollin' Stone was HUGE here in the St. Louis area. Gonna buy five copies for my mother. Yeah, baby. See my smilin' face.

Dr. Hook & the Medicine Show had a pretty good run here in the US in the 70s and early 80s. They had six Top 10 hits and another four that made the Top 40.

my best friend in high school was a big Dr. Hook fan so I know a lot of these songs.

kindle is terrible for anything but reading books - at least mine is, I realize there are different kinds of kindle.

oh, and saving quotes from the books to then later share on goodreads. that's good, too, but not posting on the Raffe. I'm amazed you can do it at all, never mind trying to link
