You must encompass the moment! Be ONE with your bodily functions.

Once you have emptied your interior gas supplies it is time to read on.
It is recommended you fasten your reading glasses if you are like an old MAUF.
Like me, that is a Middle Aged Urban Failure.

MAUF – pronounced ‘mauf’. Moef? We are all for alternative words these days, and we don’t really care about spallings.
