Where can I find the rules on which forums allow pictures?

When the July Gardening thread fires up in the next couple days, I want to post pics of some of the harvested veggies.

Yeah, I know. It's not pictures of boobs. But it's still somewhat exciting.

So you can post them in either Photo Safari or BLTP, it's up to you.
