If you must post, open this thread.

The less sense it makes the better. Stuff that doesn't seem to go anywhere. Anything, really. Banal and Inane welcome, everyone has some.

I got my threads for that, so I'm not even going to post here, just see if it flies.

I was just thinking the other day: what this message board needed was another thread for people to post banal things that have no intrinsic value save to stroke their egos. Also: cats!

Yes, but this could be the most banal, the most inane, the least coherent and most ego-stroking of all the threads if we just try!

Or let this sad marijuana inspired piece of masturbation die, whichever.

Wolf has the spirit.

The middle button on my phone: I am a beautiful person. Please let me know. I have to figure out how to toggle between voice and data. My computer died, about an hour ago.

I'm in a salon, waiting for my turn for a haircut. Then I'll get some sandwiches next door. Tuna for the old man, pastrami for me if they have it.

Floating down, the sound resounds
Around the icy waters underground.
Jupiter and Saturn, Oberon, Miranda and Titania.
Neptune, Titan, Stars can frighten.
Blinding signs flap,
Flicker, flicker, flicker blam. Pow, pow.
Stairway scare, Dan Dare, who's there?
Lime and limpid green, the sounds around
The icy waters under
Lime and limpid green, the sounds around
The icy waters underground.

A friend of mine told me she dreamed of me. It's weird. I don't remember many of my dreams and those I do, I don't dream about people I know. I never know how I'm supposed to react to things like that.

Well, if it's a guy and he corners you in the elevator to tell you about it, I'd say pepper spray and a swift kick to the nads.

I get told I've appeared in people's dreams all the time. I think that's why I never remember my own dreams; I'm always in someone else's.

Bell peppers stuffed with calf's liver, endive and cauliflower salad, cinnamon jelly beans for dessert. Maybe this needs a thread of it's own.

Did you ever watch a TV show called Northern Exposure? There was an episode where several of the main characters dreamed each other's dreams, some hilarious, some rather poignant.

I've seen a few episodes of the show, but not that one. I remember liking it. I thought the receptionist was hot.

That would be a good show to binge-watch, there is a lot I'm sure I've only seen once and wouldn't it be fun to run into an episode you'd never seen?

You ain't gonna hear me argue the point, Jag.

The old man put himself to bed, but I got the noon meds into him. He didn't want to stop and take them on the way to the bedroom. I forgot them too, and he had to sit up again after getting all comfortable. It was a very slow moving morning, but it's been worse. He was real princess and the pea about the bed today. Some of the blankets he sleeps on top of got bunched at the foot of the bed.

It made sense at the time, the propeller beanie is his own.

The old man's put himself to bed at 2 and I may not see him until next pills at five. What to do? What to do?

I just told someone 'carpe diem'. Then I wondered how much I do that myself. I guess so. I dart away from bad things and hang around good things. That's pretty much what carp do, right? Maybe I'm just too koi and shy to carp.
