Welcome E von M! I remember you as one of the not annoying posters from the Dope. We're (mostly) glad you're here and hope you find a home on the veldt. Here's a few things you may need to know.

There are rumors that we're a cliqueish bunch, but only from the people that we've excluded.

We used to have couple of board memes, or we thought we did. Turns out they were bored mimes who couldn't spell very well and left when they didn't get accepted into any of the cliques.

On any question of this vs. that, the best response is one of hostile indifference. Indifferent hostility is also acceptable.

The Pit is no place for the faint of heart or meek of character. It's the only place. All pit threads devolve into group hugs before the end of page one, regardless of the level of vitriol or appropriateness of the pitting. Veb rules the place with velvet jackboots.

That's about it. You'll have to pick up any other misinformation on your own. Have some cake!

I actually almost never drink soda (what you misguided folks call "pop"). Root beer, then Ginger ale, the COKE, but never from a 2L bottle. Glass bottles if possible. I'm a connoisseur.
