Some call them butter beans regardless. But no cooking method makes them good. The only bean I dislike in all cases.

I love succotash because of its reputed health benefits (which are, coincidentally, lima beans). Plus I add diced tomatoes and jalapenos to give it a kick. Yeah, I hated limas growing up, and I still avoid them as a side dish, but with succotash it's a win for me!

EDIT: I love coleslaw, too, but I'm sticking by my nominee. For this round, at least.

Kat is totally correct about succotash. Cole slaw isn't exactly food. I'm not too sure what it is, but it's not food.

Bad succotash is bland, with dry lima beans.
Bad slaw, on the other hand, is aggressively horrible. People have done some terrible things to vegetables in the name of slaw. Even when it's good, it's not that good.

Since I define "Succotash" as chocolate ice cream so I voted for that.
