Kat, this was an amazing megapoll, with its huge bracket, cool tie-breakers, and ever-looming monsterism. It was obviously a lot of work but I hope it was also fun. I wish I knew superheroes better in order to participate more but it was still a blast for me. Thanks for running it!

Oops, sorry. I meant to post the results last night, but I got distracted by cookies, and didn't remember until I was on my way to work this morning.

So, then, the Official Results:
First Place: Wonder Woman
Second Place: Batman*
Third Place: Spider-Man
Fourth Place: Buffy
Absolutely No Official Standing, But At Least I Beat That Other Guy: Superman

*Batman obviously was not prepared.

This was fun to run, and you all were good sports (except for that Idle Superman thing, BAD IDLE ). Maybe later on we should have a best villain megapoll.

I'm still pleased and a little amazed Wonder Woman won. After decades of the fanboys' "But she's so LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAME, and I'm not at all sexist but she needs bigger tits and big heels and a skankier costume!" whining, it's quite gratifying.

But yeah, a villain poll would seem like the obvious next step, after the TV Channels poll wraps up...
