Villain Poll II Nominations

So, since we're down to the Evil Eight, I'm opening up nominations for Part Deux.

Here are the ones I've pulled from the first thread. If I've missed any, just re-nominate them.

Please nominate only villains that you actually think are (at least) decent villains, as opposed to just listing all the villains that you can dredge up names for.
  1. Sir Hiss
  2. Ol' Witch Hazel?
  3. Little Itch
  4. Bugs Meany
  5. Wilbur Van Snobbe
  6. Reggie Van Dough
  7. Mayda Munney
  8. Daffy Duck
  9. Boss Jefferson Davis (J.D.) Hogg
  10. Huey Hogg
  11. Sheriff Roscoe P. Coltrane
  12. Casanova Frankenstein
  13. Voldar from Santa Claus Conquers the Martians
  14. Pitch from Santa Claus
  15. Phantom From Krankor from Prince of Space
  16. Ilsa, She-Wolf of the SS
  17. Leonard Smalls
  18. Ro-Man from Robot Monster
  19. Schemer from Shining Time Station
  20. Mouse Man from Wonder Woman
  21. Sarris from Galaxy Quest
  22. Vee from OITNB
  23. Wormer Brothers from Then and Now
  24. Serena Joy Waterford
  25. Fred Waterford
  26. Count Yorga
  27. Reggie Mantle
  28. Richard Vernon
  29. Lois Einhorn
  30. Louie De Palma
  31. Jerry DiBolla
  32. Soup Nazi
  33. Homelander
  34. Hazel and Cha Cha
  35. Security (Stalag 13)
  36. Prof Steven Price (The Haunting of Hill House)
  37. Evil Ash (Evil Dead)
  38. Samara (The Ring)
  39. Wight Goodman (Dodgeball)
  40. Robbie Rotten (Lazytown)
  41. Shooter Gavin (Happy Gilmore)
  42. Monster House
  43. Grand Moff Tarkin

Other notes:
I have not vetted any of these nominations. However, I have googled the ones that did not have a source listed and that I didn't recognize, so I have to ask:
@Zeener Diode, who is Jerry DiBolla? There are no Google results for that name. The first result is Crazy Joe Davola (from Seinfeld), is that who you meant?

@Flying Saucerian
Is this the "Pitch from Santa Claus" that you were nominating?
Also, when trying to track down "Little Itch", I found this: Ol' Witch Hazel. so is "That Awful Witch Hazel" that you nominated meant to be this one, and not the Looney Tunes Witch Hazel?

This should be interesting. Since the more famous and/or obvious ones already had their chance, this should be an opportunity for the less well known but still nasty villains to shine.

Some of my own to add:

Nosferatu
Shelly Lewis (Parker Lewis Can't Lose)
Grace Musso (Parker Lewis Can't Lose)
Mordred
Morgan le Fay
Sir Guy of Gisbourne
General Woundwort (Watership Down)
Ed Dillinger (Tron)
Master Control Program (Tron)
Stripe (Gremlins)
KARR
Barty Crouch, Jr.
Randolph and Mortimer Duke
Clarence Beeks
Steppenwolf (Justice League)

I've got a couple others that I'm considering, but I'm not certain if they are too obscure or not.

I was probably thinking of Joe Davola, the Seinfeld psycho. But that other name still rings a bell. Lemme think about it. Here's some others to consider:

Red Mist
Frank D'Amico (Kickass)
Lt Coffy (The Abyss)
Dorian (The Mask)

Mister Mxyzptlk (Superman)
Ultra-Humanite (Superman)
Ohlm (Odd Squad)
The X's, Xena and Xavier (Odd Squad)

Spiffy. One other question then, are Ol' Witch Hazel and Little Itch 2 separate entries, or should they be a joint entry?

Question for Ms. Monster: are you going to allow any repeat entries from the first poll, or is this one going to be all unique entries?

Joint entry. Little Itch is Witch Hazel's daughter and protege. They appear in the Little Lulu comics in the stories Lulu makes up to tell younger neighbor Alvin when he bugs her.

I just brainstormed a terrible list. And I don't mean terrible as villainous...

Kat inspired some classic D&D villains, many of which weren't used in my playing!

Demogorgon

Orcus
Vecna
Asmodeus
Lolth
Count Strahd von Zarovich

Foxbat

Some dramatic movies:

Mola Ram
Arnold Toht
Albert Ganz

Some dramatic TV:

Gaius Baltar (and I liked Baltar from the original series!)
Wo Fat
Ivan the early morning aesthete from Magnum PI
Lance White
Jack McGee
Deathprobe

Some comedic TV:

Gary of Gary's Olde Towne Tavern
Kommandant Wilhelm Klink
Major Hochstetter
Doctor Yes A Dr. No parody
The Claw A villain that today's PC Culture couldn't grasp.
Pontiac Bandit
The Vulture
Shawn
Marcy D'arcy Rhoades
Gilligan The hyper-competent, sociopathic puppet-master

How about Krampus?

I'm not strictly vetting the list yet, but The Vulture was in the first poll, and Gilligan was not a villain.

:entertaining an idea:

Have we done Monsters?
There were some discussions in the previous nomination thread and in some polls if the bad guy was really evil (i.e. intentionally bad) or just acting on instinct. I think a great number of the best baddies are either misguided, acting on instinct or forced into circumstances, as opposed to truly motivated by evil*.

*Hopefully the new Joker movie will set NAF straight

Just realized I must withdraw Fibber Fox due to the 'animal instincts' rule: Fibber is a (talking, crafty) fox who preys on Yakky Doodle.

Anyway...

1. Kate Sanders (Lizzie McGuire)
2. Paula The Ape-Girl
3. The Fatal Five (Legion of Super-Heroes)
4. Legion of Super-Villains
5. League of Evil
6. The Brain and Monsieur Mallah
7. Kang The Conqueror
8. Mister Mind (Shazam)
9. Endora (Bewitched)
10. Mrs. Oleson (Little House)
11. The Royal Flush Gang (Justice League)
12. Doctor Otto (Hey Vern, It's Ernest)
13. Doctor Lizardo (Buckaroo Banzai)

You might not, if Kat is using different criteria than I did.

I'm thinking Monsterpoll after Villain II.
I might take a shot at running it. It'd be my first, so kinda scary.

But I do enjoy the Megapolls.

Gilligan is a super-genius who sabotages all attempts at rescue because he wants to torture the other castaways.

He dreams of becoming Generalissimo of a small country. He even knows that the keys to being a great politician are to promise This, That, and The Other Thing. Most politicians (who aren't nearly as smart as Gilligan) only think to offer This and That. But Gilligan knows that The Other Thing is the difference maker.

DOOOOO IT!

Once you have a system in place for posting a boatload of polls quickly, it's not that hard. Maybe a little tedious (looking for double entries, hunting up pictures if you want to do that) but not hard. I"m sure anyone who's done one would be glad to advise.

Individual villains, please. The occasional duo who basically work together as a single entity or close to it are okay (like Boris and Natasha in MOM#1), but no groups.

Goofy. He's one of those weird Hanna-Barbera hybrid creatures, which means he's a biped but mostly foxlike, wears scraps of clothing (I think a sweater but no pants), lives in a cave but has furniture, hunts for food but also shops at stores, etc.
