K-9



K-9 snorts when he laughs. He seems quite unintelligent and gullible, obeying Marvin without question. This changes in later shorts where K-9 carries an air of superiority over his owner.

Cato



Kato, a Japanese character played by Chinese-English actor Burt Kwouk, is named for the similar character Kato in the "Green Hornet" radio programs and film serials of the 1930s-40s. In later Clouseau installments he is renamed Cato, presumably due to intellectual property issues.

But he doesn't really have a personality or anything. Which makes it hard.
