The original nomination for the pulled pork sammiches specified "with those little sliced pickles" but as always, the fixins are your choice. Hell, you could even put pickles on your beans on toast. Though I don't know why you would.

The problem is finding a quality pulled pork sandwich. Almost invariably what you get is over-sauced poor quality pork that has never seen a smoker. I can't fly to North Carolina every time I get the hankering for a sandwich. Whereas beans on toast is doable in any kitchen, as long as you have the correct beans.

These beans. No other.
