I am bumping this because the Christmas baking thread is closed and I am baking chocolate cake. I don't have any milk so I found this recipe, which doesn't use milk or eggs. The batter was interesting, it started bubbling as I stirred it. It was tasty too. I will update when cake is finished.

I made an angel food cake Sunday. Topped it with strawberries and whipped cream - spring has sprung!
Angel food cakes amuse me. I'm always boggled at how so few ingredients can turn into such a nice cake.
