While much discussion had been had, the consensus was quickly reached--Giraffe had to go. As they gathered around him, it became unmistakably, darkably, quietably night (came a bit quicker than it should have!).

Owing to an overly drama-filled altercation, toNight will be a musicless night. It will be like a technophobe manager's office building. Anyway, Giraffe was town. You all ganged up and killed him, but he was actually totally innocent. In the game, at least.

Incidentally, this line in the rules:

On Day 4, wily NAF wants storyteller dead. Real bad. So he pulls in a vote from Day 5 and Storyteller goes down. But, during the Night, Pleonast the Scum Silencer keeps NAF from voting the next day. In order to avoid a paradox, NAF must pull his vote from Day 6 into Day 5, and then send it back to Day 4, preventing him from voting the next day as well.

was specifically written to set up the fact that the term for "vote-blocker" is Silencer.

Sorry guys, I have had to ask pede to try to find me a sub, but there is no chance, I understand. I am claiming now. As i have only one vote left, my Day 7, I hope i'm not fouling things up for Town too much. I totally expected us to be well on the way to winning toDay, as I was so anxious to ensure Giraffe's lynch, and was absolutely certain that he was scum. I'm sorry for that. Stupidity and hubris. You are Sawbuck, the fattest and also weirdestly-powered of the Felt. Technically speaking, your powers are purely reactive--if someone else injures you, you get transported to a random place in spacetime to evade the danger. But hurting yourself works just as well, and you doubt any killers will bother to non-lethally injure. Thus, you have come up with a plan. You can injure yourself over and over again, until the random point picked just happens to be in another player's room, on the same Night you left. Initially, i thought it was such a weak investigative role. However, random.org has so far given me results on 3 live players:

Moody Mitchy is Town
Lucifer is Town
Ulla is scum

Given that the first 2 were the players that i was convinced were scummy at the time, the results couldn't have been better. My utter stupidity was in my confidence that Giraffe was scum, leading me to lynch him toDay rather than trying to steer a course onto scummy Miss Ulla. And in not getting up in time to lift at least one vote from giraffe and place that and my remaining one on Ullz.

I will not be able to participate much, if at all, after tomorrow. Current player list is by my results:

Sister coyote (unknown)
Bobarrgh (unknown)
Romola (Town)
Moody Mitchy (Town)
Lucifer (Town)
Idlethoughts (Town, confirmed by romanic)
Tota ulla (Scum)

If scum kill me because of the claim, all players are confirmed apart from bob and sis. So they probably won't. I do implore you to lynch Ulla though, it's not just me this time, there's actual information. I'll leave it up to the rest of you to decide which of Bob, Sis or neither is scum, as so far, left to my own devices, I would have lynched Moody and Lucifer once each and giraffe twice.

For what my opinion's worth after my Giraffe debacle, I would be inclined to put SisC as scum rather than Bob, for her reluctant conversion to a bad cause that looked like a good one. But they could both be scum. Haven't done numbers, but I doubt very much that Ulla's the last.
