Boy Howdy, does my mouth ever hurt!

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeowch!

Had my teeth cleaned today - and I don't know if it's me getting older or if it's my dental hygienist, but holy HELL does my mouth hurt! Or more specifically, my gums. The least little bit of pressure leaves my gums aching like mad.

Dayum.

I'm off to have a shot of vodka. That oughta numb things a bit.

Oh, and in other news, my dentist announced to me that she "just doesn't like my wisdom teeth, and she eventually wants me to have them pulled out." As soon as she got her hands out of my mouth, I informed her that I liked them just fine, thankyewverymuch. My old dentist went on and on about my wisdom teeth - which DID NOT and DO NOT BOTHER ME - and when I finally did have one that needed pulled (it broke and I weenied out until it finally abcessed ), the oral surgeon informed me that unless the other wisdom teeth were causing me problems, there was no reason to have them pulled.

Don't get me wrong - I think my new dentist is the awesome, but I'm not gonna have my teeth pulled unless there's a really good reason to. And her saying she "just doesn't like them" is NOT a good reason in this heifa's book. End of discussion.
