Seven years of updates

This is an extremely overcompressed update of what's happened to me in the past seven years:
I started a new job in July 2017.
The first week there, my mother passed away after battling cancer for two years to the week.
August 2018 we had our third kid.
June 2019 I started my current job.
Fall 2019 the older two kids got into Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts. I got volunteered as Den Leader.
Covid shut everything down in March 2020. We got as paranoid as we reasonably could and hunkered down. That summer saw lots of online camps, followed by a year of online school.
I was Cubmaster for two years during the pandemic. When restrictions lifted my Scouts got back into lots of activities and had to cut Scouting, so the pack folded.
January 2021 I watched the insurrection on TV.
This year we had three rounds of Covid infections. The first hit the bigger kids; the second hit the other three of us; and the third hit only Snorkel Lady. Thanks to being fully vaccinated these were "merely" inconvenient illnesses and easily treated.
Snorkel Maiden hosted her first sleep-over this past weekend.
Today I woke up to find the instigator of the 2021 self-coup had been returned to the White House. Holy freaking poo.
