That's internet explorer Hon. What version do you have? Try to download chrome - it won't hurt your computer and it won't make you compromise the security settings IE does either.
Nope... I see nothing but a blank white pae with a grey bar on the left side. I'll try again tomorrow, I'm headin to bed soon, not feelin the best. :-(
*sigh* Unfortunately I am on a laptop I was given and know NOTHING about. With it being my only connection to the real world, and me bein technologically challenged, I hesitate to mess around with it much. I have set the security to it's lowest, and have java on... I'll see what happens. If it doesn't work I guess I'll remain chat-less. :-(
Right. Unfortunately chate hates IE - you can use it but you need to turn your java on and your security settings down. Apparently it works fine for firefox and I use chrome which I have nary an issue with.
To turn down your security settings go to tools > internet options > security (from memory) and choose low. You also need ot make sure the java box is ticked in the long list of options.
