A few weeks ago, my cats, Merry and Pippin (brother ginger tabbies) discovered that when flying bugs get into the house, it's tremendously entertaining. It's like indoor birds!

This evening, a fly got into the house when I came back in with carryout pizza. Pippin has been maniacally chasing it around the house ever since, trying to catch it. A few minutes ago, I caught him crawling up the window shades in pursuit.

Hey, I gotta question. This here message board runs on the same vBulletin system as The Dope. It's even the same version! Yet the IT geeks at The Dope are having so much trouble with their software that they are fleeing to a new platform. Meanwhile, this one is humming along like a Swiss watch. What gives? I would suspect it may have something to do with this board not having 838,000 threads, and 22 million posts.
