Well, the furnace is DEAD. Its so old that they can't even get replacement parts. We can't get a loan for it and we don't have the $8K they want.

I've been calling all the resources I can think of but the only one that's gotten back to me so far is our home owners insurance. I knew it was a long shot.

At least we have electric blankets and a fire place.
