There are apparently supply line issues at some stores and they're a bit erratic about carrying the same brands so I'm not completely to blame.
 And some brands have lackadaisical quality control too. Ah well, gyoza tend to be forgiving overall--but I've given up on any seafood filled ones, it always tastes like elementary school tuna salad to me. Gyoza can also be salvaged with a good enough dipping sauce, not always an option with dumplings.
