I Finally Watched Stardust!

Neil Gaiman is one of my favorites and I really looked forward to seeing his magic on film.

I wasn't disappointed at all!

The actor playing Tristan did a great job in transforming him from a scared and love sick clerk to the real hero. I thought the acting was very good overall.

DeNiro's accent bothered me initially, but since it was explained, I was fine.

Standouts to me were, the goat-man/innkeeper, Deniro as a sweet and cultured captain, and Michelle Pheiffer as she aged - especially her reaction to losing that clump of hair.

Next for me, Coraline.

ETA - I loved the dead brothers commenting on the live action.
