Yes, but PRR wasn't the one drawing contracts, Liberal was. PRR just kept pointing out parts that SooperBuznessMan Liberal hadn't considered (like, one of Lib's conditions was that PRR stop posting NOW. As in...the second Lib posted his "terms" and PRR said something like..."But wait, how'll I get paid?" and Lib tried to back out saying he didn't stop posting so the 'contract' was null and void)
