It is so easy. Just post and guess who the villain(s) is(are).

And it is even easier if you are a villain. Just guess someone else for the most spurious of reasons.

That's pretty much it.

You might even have a magic power to make it easier still!

Never played online. Seems like a totally different skillset is required, compared to IRL games. So tell me: What makes online Mafia worth playing, and not just a random exercise in guessing?

Because while there is a certain level of luck involved, there is also skill on both sides. And one gets to pontificate with a bunch of really great people. And you also get to make friends. Try and see.

@JackieLikesVariety - It's likely hidden. There is a way to control what forums you see when you click New Posts.

Edit Options
New Posts Link (under Thread Display Options about midway down)

A lot of it is random guessing, but you'll pick up clues along the way to help make better guesses. The fun is discovering how right you can be.

I was Town (Villager, Normie, ect.) for several games before being tapped as Mafia (Villain, Wolf). Being in the minority added more intensity, and became a lot more fun. My best games were as Mafia players.

Here's a link to help you get an idea of what to expect.

By "brutal", I meant that I made several rookie mistakes that got me [ejected] from the game rather quickly. (By "ejected", I mean I was targeted for removal. It used to be called "lynched" but they use a different word now.)

I used to play at Unaboard. I was especially fond of posting my death scenes, always made sure that they went unexpectedly (like being poisoned, but instead of dying from the poison, would only go unconscious, but head would droop into my ginormous breastes and would suffocate there, for example)
