I owned the Mad Magazine board game when it first came out. I think I threw it away after playing once. But I'll toss a pity vote for it.
Masterpiece was both fun and educational. |

I can't speak for the moderator, but like you I have limited to no knowledge of most of these games. I'm voting for the games I know and want to see advance. It's a play-in poll, so you can vote how you want to.

Vote Memory Madness! You can have incredible arguments during the game!

Pffft. I can have incredible arguments during any game. You just need to know the right people.

I figured I should @NAF1138, @Rock, @djs, @silenus, @NoClueBoy, @Random Precision & @Rebo, @SisterCoyote, @Dr. Winston O'Boogie & @blondbear.
Did I miss anyone of our regular mega-pollers? |

I may have my copy in some box or storage bin; not in any hurry to find out.

Unfortunately I've never heard of any of these games in the Elimination rounds. Makes it kind of hard to vote.
Honestly, I remember Monopoly, Clue and Life and that's about it. Edit: Wait, it looks like Mouse Trap is included. I had that game when I was a kid and I always liked it. Last edited by Rock; 18th May 2024 at 02:27 PM. Reason: To make a change |

Capricious voting is not a bad strategy, I've used it myself in previous polls. I have a few more days, maybe I'll start throwing darts at the dartboard.
Wait, is Darts included? I have a dartboard in my garage. |

![]() C'mon, I need more people to vote for my Memory Madness. Do I need to bribe you people? |

I added a vote from me to it.

Count me with Rock. The only board games I've played in the last 20 years have been chess, backgammon and Diplomacy.
Guess I'll let the cats wander across the keyboard and see what happens.

While it's likely no longer needed, a passing mod [okay, What Exit?] can add a vote on for Memory Madness from me to try to better secure it. I'd argue that if anyone cares enough about any of the elimination group entries to lobby for them then I'd be fine with them automatically advancing. Kind of like a poor man's version of TroutMan's [excellent] Golden Ticket idea.

But not a Mod, wrong board. I'm just a Megapoll Forum specific , huh, I guess we're considered Mods for the Megapoll forums. I thought the term was Forum Leader or something like that. |

This post is similar to one in another thread:
The two games currently tied for last are Letters from Whitechapel and Mexica. I believe both were drawn from the old megapoll in which I very likely nominated both. I would suggest that Mexica is the better of the two games even if BGG has Letters from Whitechapel with a 7.3 and Mexica with a 7.2. I've gotten Mexica to the table five times in the last year but I haven't played Letters from Whitechapel in more than ten years. |
