Let's call that "probable". My brother out west got a really nasty "flu" in March - April 2020, it was the most sick he's ever been. Covid tests weren't available yet (much less in the previous December) so like you it can't be called "confirmed".

I had Covid once. As unpleasant as it was, it was a mild case as Covid goes. Praised be the One who gives us understanding to create vaccines.
