Insomnia
Argh!
I've been so much better lately - pretty consistently getting to sleep before 1 am and waking up around 8 am. I have a range of good getting-to-sleep tactics. Audiobooks practically never fail. And here I am, three hours after I meant to settle down to sleep, not sleeping at all. At least I've given up ever trying to just lie there in the dark doing nothing. That never worked. I've now had a late night snack, and I guess I'll cue up the audiobook again. |
