Bugs is not the Easter Bunny. He tried the gig and it didn't work out for him...

Here comes Peter Cottontail,
Hoppin' down the bunny trail;
Hippity, hoppity, happy Easter Day!

We had the record when I was a child.

(Anyone else remember 78 rpm records for children? They were smaller than regular 78s, and in bright colors, not black.)

Peter Cottontail is the rabbit's name until he turns into The Easter Bunny. nobody has ever seen it, but it's not unlike when Dr. Banner turns into the Incredible Hulk - it's anger that sets that off but in rabbits it's Spring that sets off the transformation.

duh.

Happy Easter

I had a few 78s but they were old timey music (20s?) not children's records.

Yes! And I played one or two on my sister's portable record player that folded up like a suitcase. It was blue-grey linen pattern

Adolf.

It's probably a German name since it was German immigrants who brought the custom to the US. Is the Easter Bunny a girl bunny or a boy bunny?

An Ether Bunny

What was the wabbit doing in the Westinghouse refrigerator?

No one really knows. He died as the "Unknown Stoner" in 1969.

When they said "Don't take the Brown Acid", they really really meant it.

I haven't used or even seen a turntable in decades - kinda feel nostalgic about it.

Irontail wins every thread he's in anyway. I mean, it's Vincent Price playing a hamtastic evil Easter bunny. Nothing's more full of win than that
