I would think we could:

1. Fit a short game in first.
2. Take a self-imposed three week break to give people a rest and build up anticipation.
3. I could get it ready and host 2 months ahead of Xmas.

I wouldn't mind a few week break and have thought about suggesting we all take a brief sabatical so we can come back refreshed in a few weeks.

I still have a trick-or-treat game in my pocket, it should go fast. It is basically like the sea cruise game--everybody starts vanilla, then you ##trick or treat for one-shot roles. Like the Gummy Gunshot (day vig) or the Bubblegum Blocker. But there is a posting requirement before you trick-or-treat. And you don't have to, you can stay vanilla.

Or, you know, three-week Mafia holiday.

I'm proposing getting the game going around approximately around November 10 with sign-ups and seeing if a brief reprieve until then would help build some suspense.

I thought about putting a pre-party mafia discussion thread together in one of the forums for those that want to talk. Both for talking mafia and just hanging out since we don't get to do that too much.

Well, I think there is probably not enough time to both fill and play my game by November 10. Unless I had really short phases. Which I could do 36/12, that's a day and a half to play and short night.

But I see what Mahaloth is saying about building suspense. Games have been filling kind of slowly of late.
