Night before last we let our mutts out to go potty in the backyard when we heard this high-pitched noise. Many of their toys make the same squeaky sound so I just assumed that somehow one had made it outdoors with them.

Lo and behold though, I realized they were fighting over it much more than they normally do and when I went to investigate, it moved!

It was a itsy bitsy brown baby bunny, no bigger than the palm of my hand and now s/he had been injured by my overzealous...

And I'm down again. I'm not sure why or what I'm doing wrong (for example, I've stuck to my 'routine' today and put in a couple of hours at the Senior center), so what I need to improve, or how, is escaping me at the moment.

I feel like I need a life overhaul, but that's what I just had through the outpatient program. If only there was some way to completely reboot my system, I'd be on board with that no matter what the cost (like say, ECT or what-have-you).

Now...

For anyone who reads my blog knows, I have a really difficult time dealing with life in the spaces in between activities. Well, I've been working really hard to change that and, for small moments, it looks like I'm rising to the challenge and they haven't completely been getting me down.

However, I've never tried to tackle an entire day of nothingness. Until yesterday.

You see, the husband is off work until...

So I've been extremely down the last couple of days and I figured the best way to put a cap to it was to purge it here and just amply warn everyone that some mopey-ness lies ahead.

First the background....

In the middle of 2002, I had a forced 'period of wellness.' Don't ask me how it happened, but I wasn't on any medication, nor was I under any psychiatric care. However, I started feeling better and better to the point...

For those who read and post, those who read regularly, those who check in periodically and those who just dropped by....




You guys make this an easy thing to do and give me the courage to face another day, all the while keeping up the good fight. Without each of you, there'd be no blog. I thank each of you for making this possible.
