 The problem is finding a quality pulled pork sandwich. Almost invariably what you get is over-sauced poor quality pork that has never seen a smoker. I can't fly to North Carolina every time I get the hankering for a sandwich. Whereas beans on toast is doable in any kitchen, as long as you have the correct beans. These beans. No other.
