Pasta!

I've just discovered how easy and tasty pasta can be. I grew up on spaghetti noodles and meat sauce. Now that I know there is world of tasty delights just waiting to tempt my taste buds, please share your quick and easy (did I mention quick? How bout easy?) recipes. Oh and anything with any kind of white sauce on it should come from any other animal than human. Thanks for your replies. Unless no one does reply, in that case thanks for nothing.
