How do you use avocados?
I've been buying a lot of avocados lately. I like them in sandwiches, over salads and on chips as a lazy guacamole.
As much as I try to buy ones in different stages of ripeness, there's a time when they all seem to ripen together. I don't want to waste these, so I'm hoping to get more ideas for how to use them when they're all ripe at the same time. What's your favorite recipe that uses avocados?
